Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Because our products are digital downloads (ebooks and printable files), special rules apply.

1. Digital products – No physical shipping

All products sold on cutiecoloring.com are digital products delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is completed, you will receive instant access to download your purchased files.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not possible.

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, as it cannot be “un-used” or resold.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital products once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product

  • You understand that all sales are final

  • You waive your right to a refund once the product is delivered

4. Exceptions (when we can help)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or not downloadable

  • There is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to fix it
